Biographical Information[edit]
Tim Ferguson pitched for the Vermont Expos of the Montreal Expos system in 1995. In 3 relief appearances, he had a 7.71 ERA; over 4 2/3 innings, he allowed 2 hits, 2 walks and 2 hit by pitches, while striking out 2 batters.
He later scouted for the Cleveland Indians in the late 1990s and early 2000s and the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 2010s. He was briefly the manager of the Ruidoso Osos in 2011 after replacing Billy Page toward the end of the campaign and in 2012, he was pitching coach for the Washington Wild Things. He was also head coach at Lake Placid High School, an assistant coach at Palm Beach Community College, the president of the Yuma Desert Rats and a regional scout for the Alpine Cowboys. He later worked for a national mortgage firm.
