Billy Page (executive)

Billy Page was general manager of the Ruidoso Osos in 2011. He also managed the team after assuming that responsibility upon the departure of Kevin Griffin partway through the season; the club went 16-9 under his leadership. Page himself was replaced by Tim Ferguson toward the end of the campaign.
