Biographical Information[edit]
Terry Rosenkranz pitched in the minor leagues and the CPBL.
Rosenkranz was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 29th round of the 1992 Amateur Draft, and he had a 5.74 ERA in 14 games for the Butte Copper Kings in his first year. His ERA was 9.58 in 8 games in 1993 for the GCL Rangers, then he was released. Rosenkranz then went 0-2 with a 5.49 ERA for the independent Thunder Bay Whiskey Jacks, and he also played 5 games with a 9.00 ERA for the Beaumont Bullfrogs.
The Milwaukee Brewers then signed him in 1995, and Rosenkranz had a 6.20 ERA in 35 games for the Stockton Ports. He returned to the independent leagues in 1996, and he was 8-6 with a 5.68 ERA for the Green Bay Sultans. He went 4-5 with a 5.92 ERA for the Saskatoon Smokin' Guns in 1997, then he improved to 8-2 with a 2.15 ERA for the Bridgeport Bluefish in 1998. After having a 1.40 ERA in 14 games in 1999, Rosenkranz signed with the Mercuries Tigers of Taiwan. However, his ERA was 5.25 in 3 games, and he was released.
Rosenkranz then signed with the Baltimore Orioles, and he was 3-1 with a 3.98 ERA for the Bowie Baysox. His ERA rose to 5.63 in 10 games in Bowie, then he left the team. Rosenkranz went 1-1 with a 5.92 ERA for the Campeche Piratas, and he recorded a 7.37 ERA in 11 games for the Oaxaca Guerreros. He returned to the Bluefish, and his ERA was 1.93 in 7 games in 2000 season. He went 2-1 with a 5.66 ERA in 2001, then he bounced back and had a 3.92 ERA in 43 games in 2002. Rosenkranz then had a 2.98 ERA in 28 appearances in 2003, but his ERA rose to 11.52 in 11 games in 2004, then he announced his retirement.
