Biographical Information[edit]

Terrell Alliman was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 28th round of the 2006 amateur draft and by the Los Angeles Angels in the 43rd round of the 2007 amateur draft. He signed for a $25,000 bonus at the August 15 deadline largely at the urging of scout Alex Messier and Midwest crosschecker Ron Marigny.

Alliman had a fine pro debut with the AZL Angels, hitting .339/.383/.506 and finishing among the Arizona League leaders in RBI (39, 4th), runs (36, tied for 9th) and doubles (17, tied for first). He was the right fielder for the '09 Orem Owlz and produced at a .307/.387/.396 clip. He tied for fourth in the Pioneer League with 18 doubles, but had no hits further than that. He split 2010 between the Owlz (11 for 39, 2B, 3 BB) and Cedar Rapids Kernels (.244/.309/.370 in 47 G). In 2011, he ended up by going 2 for 28 with 3 walks for the Inland Empire 66ers.

Overall, the Canadian had batted .289/.353/.402 in 171 minor league games, with 107 runs, 90 RBI, 41 doubles and 23 steals in 34 tries. He fielded .804 at 3B (18 games) and .950 in the outfield (where he saw all his other time).
