Biographical Information

Ted Demetral is the brother of Chris Demetral, Mike Demetral and Scott Demetral and the nephew of Jim Essian. In the 2002 European Championship B Pool, he played second base for the Greek national team, making its debut. He had 6 RBI and 7 runs in 6 games as Greece won Gold. He was on the Greek squad in the 2005 European Championship but did not get into a game due to a bureaucratic delay on his passport.
