Tamaulipas

Tamaulipas is a state in northern Mexico, located along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico and the border of the United States, delimited by the Rio Grande River. Its longest border is with the state of Nuevo León. The state's capital is Ciudad Victoria while its largest city is Reynosa; other important cities are Tampico, Matamoros and Nuevo Laredo.
