Talk:Roberto Clemente
Although it is already the longest biographical page on the Bullpen, I feel as though there is one thing that needs to be added. If you are going to use his nickname of Momen throughout the article and even in the section titles, it might be helpful to explain what it means and where it comes from. I had to google it to find out what you were referring to. Very good work on this article by the way. I hope all the Hall of Fame members eventually get as much attention. 69.68.238.142 11:23, 2 October 2008 (EDT)
Clemente is about to pass Adrian Garrett for the most revisions. This could be a future featured article. --Jeff 16:58, 10 October 2008 (EDT)
Clemente should double Garrett pretty soon
Clemente's page is now longer than any other three pages combined.

Can we change all the Haak links to the new Howie Haak article? - --Mischa 16:48, 11 May 2009 (EDT)
Didn't Clemente have a sibling that died very young? I may be wrong, but if not, that might be interesting to include in this article. Alex (talk) 15:59, 18 October 2015 (EDT)
What's the deal with the Roberto Clementes Toolbox pages? Shouldn't they just be sub-pages of the main article? Umbreon9talk/contribs 23:43, 10 April 2024 (UTC)
This article was the pet project of one of our contributors, and it became so huge that it needed to be split into various sub articles (you'll notice that it has its own category). Normally, a "tools" section would just be a sub-section of the article, but each of those pages is very long by itself. Wikipedia does this as well to prevent articles from becoming so large that they are unwieldy. Philippe (talk) 13:34, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
It's a great article anyway, but if the Bullpen practice is to keep articles beneath a certain MB limit, it should at least have links to the others in the further reading section, as opposed the main body of the article. -Umbreon9talk/contribs 23:49, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
That's what the navigation box at the bottom is for. Philippe (talk) 12:49, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
Does anybody have the Oliver figures for projections of Clemente's career? -Umbreon9talk/contribs 17:31, 31 May 2024 (UTC)
