Talk:Roansy Contreras
Nice to see Pittsburgh bring up a prospect. It's been such a dismal couple seasons in Bucco baseball and there was almost no hope at AAA. The prospects were all AA and A ball, so I doubt things will get better next year. Maybe in 2022, we'll at least see the debuts for Oneil Cruz, Quinn Priester, Nick Gonzales and Henry Davis by year's end. - Mischa (talk) 16:06, 30 September 2021 (UTC)
The Angels dropped the "of Anaheim" part of their name in 2016. Philippe (talk) 15:01, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
Whoops. I still think of them as the California Angels. Pirates fans are probably assuming he'll go the way of Tyler Glasnow, blossoming as soon as he leaves Pittsburgh. - Mischa (talk) 15:17, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
Glasnow was traded as a top prospect, not as a failed one, so there's less chance of this happening. Plus, the Angels aren.t known for getting the best out of pitchers. Philippe (talk) 19:16, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
