• There's only 1 Jose Montilla listed at BR, not sure if its the one. milb.com lists a 2/6/73 birthdate.
• Not sure if its the same Juan Parra we have. milb.com lists no birthdate.
• Its not the same Hector Ortiz, but not sure if its one of the 3 minor leaguers listed at BR. milb.com lists a 5/15/77 birthdate.

The Giants Media Guide says Montilla played in the Blue Jays and Twins systems for five seasons after signing in 1990; that doesn't show up in BR at all.

• It's the same Parra according to the Giants Media Guide. Not only that but it solves my question at Talk:Juan Parra, proving that Juan Parra is the guy listed as Franklin Parra at B-R. Woohoo!

• The Media Guide also says Hector Ortiz signed in 1999 and played in the DSL for three years, which would make him a Hector Ortiz who is not listed at B-R

It's a shame that some teams (Dodgers, for one) no longer have coach profiles in their media guides. This stuff is so handy. - --Mischa (talk) 00:33, 20 June 2017 (UTC)
