Biographical Information[edit]

Sun-jin Oh is an infielder for the Hanwha Eagles. He debuted in the 2008 KBO, going 4 for 30 with a walk in 46 games. He hit .263/.299/.360 in 79 games in 2009, .198/.247/.222 in 108 games in 2010 and .206/.265/.234 in 2011. In 2012, he batted .263/.316/.346 with 33 runs and 41 RBI. He was on the South Korean national team that won Bronze in the 2012 Asian Championship. He batted .230/.315/.301 in 92 games in 2013. He did not play in the KBO the next two years; through 2015, his career line was .236/.293/.301 in 503 G (126 R, 103 RBI). He was back with the Korean squad for the 2015 Asian Championship and did well, going 7 for 15 with 3 walks, 2 ht-by-pitch, 7 runs and four RBI while playing error-free ball at 3B. He was third on the Gold Medalists in hits, behind Woo-sung Lee's 9 and Soo-haeng Jo's 8 and he led them in runs, one more than Ye-il Seo.
