Biographical Information[edit]
Ye-il Seo was on the South Korean team that won Bronze in the 2015 Universiade, going 7 for 14 with 5 runs, 5 RBI and 7 walks. He tied for second in the event in average and runs and tied for third in RBI. In the 2015 Asian Championship, he was a regular at short and second for the Gold-winning South Korean team. He was 7 for 12 with a walk, 6 runs and 5 RBI while handling 17 error-free chances. He was third on South Korea in hits (behind Woo-sung Lee and Soo-haeng Jo), second in runs (one shy of Sun-jin Oh) and third in RBI (trailing Lee and Jo).
