St. Francis sponsored baseball from at least 1953 to 2006. The school played in the Knickerbocker Conference in the 1960s, ECAC Metropolitan Conference through 1986 and the Northeast Conference from 1987 until dropping baseball. The other Terrier teams still compete in the NEC.
