Biographical Information[edit]
Sheng-Cheng Chang coached in the CPBL and for the Chinese Taipei National Team.
Chang coached Taiwan in the 1990 Goodwill Games and 1995 Intercontinental Cup. He was named the strength and conditioning coach of the Wei Chuan Dragons from 1995 to 1999, and he coached the Uni-President Lions from 2000 to 2012.
