Biographical Information

Shaun Francis has been a minor league umpire.

Francis began his career in the 2001 All-American Association then was in the Northern League in 2002-2003. He moved into Organized Baseball with the 2004 New York-Penn League. He was in the Midwest League in 2005-2006. From 2007-2009, he was in the Eastern League. In 2007, he became President of the Association of Minor League Umpires and was reelected in 2009. He worked third base in the 2009 Futures Game. Francis was in the 2010 PCL and 2011 PCL.
