Biographical Information[edit]
Seung-min Lee was a college catcher when he was picked for the South Korean national team for the 2017 Asian Championship; their other backstops (Jeong-hun Lee and Sang-un Park) both had pro experience. Lee went 2 for 3 with a walk and two runs in his backup role. In the Bronze Medal Game, he replaced Jeong-hun Lee in a 15-0 rout of the Philippines and was 1 for 1 with a walk, run and two RBI.
