Biographical Information[edit]
Sang-un Park has played in the Korea Baseball Organization and for the South Korean national team.
Park was picked by the Hanwha Eagles in the 8th round of the 2017 KBO draft. He went 0 for 2 with two walks and a run in four games for Hanwha in 2017 while batting .300/.352/.408 in the minors. He was with South Korea for the 2017 Asian Championship, going 4 for 6 with a run and three RBI as a backup catcher to Jeong-hun Lee. In the Bronze Medal Game, he replaced Min-hyeok Kim in left field during a 15-0 rout of the Philippines and got a hit in his lone at-bat.
In 2018, he is with the Sangmu Phoenix military team
