Sebastián Fontana

Sebastián Fontana has been an infielder for the Argentinian national team in the 2010 South American Games (Bronze Medal), 2013 South American Championship (Gold Medal) and 2015 South American Championship. He hit .235/.235/.412 as Argentina's regular first baseman in the 2016 South American Championship, when they won the Silver Medal; he had four runs in six games. In the 2018 South American Championship, the 1B/DH hit .273/.333/.364 in a part-time role. He did not play in the Gold Medal Game; Argentina won to get a spot in the 2019 Pan American Games.
