St. Francis College sponsored baseball from at least 1953 to 2006. The school played in the Knickerbocker Conference in the 1960s, ECAC Metropolitan Conference through 1986 and the Northeast Conference from 1987 until dropping baseball. The other Terrier teams still competed in the NEC until the school announced its intention to terminate all sports at the end of the 2023 school semester.
