Biographical Information[edit]
Brother of Kitty Brashear, Roy Brashear saw semi-regular action with the 1902 St. Louis Cardinals, logging time in 110 games between first base, second base and the outfield and hitting .276. His big league days were over following a 20 game stint with the 1903 Philadelphia Phillies. Roy later played for Louisville, Kansas City, and Los Angeles in the minors, then became an umpire in the Pacific Coast League.
