Roberto Ramírez played in the minor leagues and CPBL.
Ramírez began his professional career with the San Francisco Giants, and he hit .229/.314/.340 in 53 games in his first season for the Everett Giants in 1991 while having a .182/.203/.218 batting line for the Clinton Giants. He went to the Oakland Athletics in 1992, and he hit .342/.392/.553 with 7 homers for the Reno Silver Sox. Ramirez then hit .257/.338/.379 for the Modesto A's in 1993, and he also played 14 games with a .309/.350/.436 batting line for the Madison Muskies. He was sent to the Seattle Mariners in 1994, and he crushed 14 homers with a .300/.341/.495 batting line for the Riverside Pilots. Ramirez played 129 games for the Port City Roosters in 1995, and he hit .278/.330/.455 with a career-high 17 homers.
In 1996, Ramirez's batting line fell to .225/.284/.352 in Port City, then the Mariners released him. He hit .306/.365/.578 for the Lubbock Crickets in the rest of the season, and he returned to the Athletics. Ramirez had a .306/.365/.578 batting line for the Visalia Oaks, and he also batted .318/.328/.379 in 19 games for the Huntsville Stars. He went to the Baltimore Orioles in 1998, but he only played 19 games combined in their organization. Ramirez also played for the Huntsville Stars of the Mexican League in that season. The Wei Chuan Dragons signed him in 1999, but Ramirez went 2-for-13 in 5 games for them, and his professional career ended.
