Biographical Information[edit]

Ray Sadler spent the 2010 season with the Kansas City T-Bones. For 2012, he signed with Nettuno in the Italian Baseball League. On March 30th, he debuted, hitting cleanup and playing right field, batting behind William Bergolla (who made his MLB debut the day after Sadler). Sadler singled off Francisco Cruceta his first time up. In the 9th, down 4-0, he singled in Ennio Retrosi against Marcos Tabata to break up the shutout. He finished the day 2 for 4. He was hitting .365 with 21 runs in 24 games when he suddenly left the team in mid-May to return to the US.

Ray is the cousin of major leaguer Donnie Sadler.
