Ennio Retrosi has been an outfielder in the Italian Baseball League.

Retrosi debuted with Nettuno in 2008, going 0 for 8 in the regular season and 0 for 5 with a walk in the postseason. He also pitched, allowing one run in 2 1/3 innings. In 2009, he hit .206/.286/.254 as a backup outfielder. In the 2009 European Cup, he was 3 for 9 with a double, triple, four runs and five walks. He tied Vince Rooi for most walks in the Nettuno pool; Nettuno went on to win the event.

He batted .248/.315/.277 and played error-free ball as Nettuno's starting center fielder in 2010. In 2011, he fared even worse offensively - .203/.306/.230 - though he did steal 10 bases in 13 tries to finish 5th in the Italian Baseball League behind two Dominicans, a Canadian and a Venezuelan to lead native Italians. In the 2011 Italian Series, he hit a 3-run triple in game one to lead Nettuno to an upset of T&A San Marino.
