Biographical Information

Ray Olmedo spent five years between major league stints. Prior to resurfacing with the Chicago White Sox in 2012, Olmedo had last played for the Toronto Blue Jays in 2007. He spent 2008-2011 in Triple-A.

Olmedo became a coach with the AZL Angels in 2017 and Salt Lake Bees in 2018-2019. He was scheduled to return to Salt Lake City in 2020 before the season was cancelled due to Covid-19 then did coach Salt Lake in 2021-2022.
