Quansheng Zhao (趙全勝)

Quansheng Zhao has pitched for China in several international events. He threw for China in the 2005 Asian Championship and 2005 Konami Cup. In the 2005 Baseball World Cup, he went 1-1 with a 3.68, taking the loss against Cuba but getting the win in a 15-inning victory over the Brazilian national team.

In the 2006 World Baseball Classic, Zhao was 0-1 with a 21.60 ERA, allowing 6 hits in 1 2/3 IP; he surrendered a 3-run homer to Tsuyoshi Nishioka and a solo shot to Kosuke Fukudome. He tied eight other pitchers for the most homers allowed in that inaugural World Baseball Classic. He was with China for the 2006 Asian Games, 2006 Konami Cup and 2006 Haarlem Baseball Week (1 IP, 1 BB, 0 R).
