The Portland Rockies played in the Northwest League for six seasons, starting in 1995. They won the league title in 1997 but moved following the 2000 season because the Albuquerque Dukes moved to Portland, OR, upgrading the city to the AAA Pacific Coast League. The Rockies moved to Pasco, WA and became the Tri-City Dust Devils.
