biographical Information[edit]
First baseman Phil Lundeen played in the minor leagues from 1925 to 1931 and 1935 to 1939, playing as high as class B in two full seasons and parts of two more.
Lundeen resigned as manager at Mayodan in 1936 and Bill Ragsale took the job. Ragsdale quit a week later and Lundeen resumed his post.
