Biographical Information

Pete Sinopoli was All-Atlantic Coast Conference in 1979. He pitched for Team USA in the 1979 Pan American Games alongside future big leaguers Tim Leary, Mike Madden, Craig Lefferts and Brian Snyder. He had a brief pro career, going 2-6 with a 5.35 ERA for the 1980 Alexandria Dukes.

He was assistant coach at California University of Pennsylvania from 1981-1983 and the University of Maryland from 1983-1985. Starting in 2011, he was assistant coach for Cardinal Gibbons High School.
