Biographical Information[edit]
Pedro Aguilar has played in the minors and for the Panamanian national team.
He hit .288/.353/.432 in 43 games for the 2007 DSL Phillies then fell to .221/.311/.276 in 2008, though he threw out 38% of those who tried to steal. He then returned to play in Panama. In the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games, he was 2 for 9 as Panama's main DH. He was on Panama's team in the 2022 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers but did not play as a third-stringer behind catchers Carlos Sanchez and Erasmo Caballero as the team won for a spot in the 2023 World Baseball Classic, their first World Baseball Classic in 14 years.
