The DSL Phillies have represented the Philadelphia Phillies in the Dominican Summer League since 1996. They had previously sent players to the 1993 DSL Giants/Phillies/Astros and 1994-1995 DSL Cardinals/Phillies.
Andy Machado, Carlos Ruiz and Alfredo Simon played for the team.
With the shutdown of the Venezuelan Summer League, the Phillies instead sponsored 2 teams in the DSL in 2016, DSL Phillies 1 and DSL Phillies 2. They then sponsored the DSL Phillies and DSL Phillies White in 2017.
