Pat McGeehan
Pat H. McGeehan
Biographical Information[edit]
Pat McGeehan played for the Allentown club in the Tri-State League in 1914, batting .269 in 21 games. His brothers, Dan McGeehan and Connie McGeehan, reached the major leagues, while another brother, Charles McGeehan, became a longtime baseball coach at Villanova University. His cousin, James McGeehan, managed in the minors.
His The Sporting News contract card says he also played throughout Mississippi in the early 1910s, however it appears The Sporting News conflated Pat McGeehan with Pat McGehee, who reached the majors briefly in 1912.[1]
