Pablo Custodio has played for the Guatemalan national team.

Custodio was the youngest member of the Guatemalan squad in the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games but still played regularly, splitting DH with Juan Dieguez and backing up Dennis Hurtarte at first base (where Custodio registered 7 putouts). He hit .167/.167/.250. In the 2017 Central American Games, he batted .333/.368/.444 in the round-robin phase, with two runs in five games; he tied Fernando Ozuna and Marco Lemus for second on the team in average, behind Andrés Aguilar. In the Bronze Medal Game, batting cleanup, he struck out against Marcelo Parker in the first and the game was rained out the next inning, giving Guatemala and El Salvador a tie for the Bronze.
