Biographical Information[edit]
Oswaldo Carrillo won Silver with the Venezuelan national team in the 1953 Amateur World Series, where he teamed with Luis Aparicio. [1] He turned pro in 1960-1961 with the Licoreros de Pampero, going 11 for 57 (no XBH) with five runs and six RBI; one of their other shortstops was Chico Carrasquel. [2] In 1961-1962, he moved to the Industriales de Valencia and improved to .274/?/.331 but it was his final season. [3]
