Industriales de Valencia

The Industriales de Valencia (Valencia Industrials) joined the Venezuelan League in 1955-1956. They won the pennant that season and repeated in 1957-1958, 1958-1959, 1960-1961 and 1962-1963 before leaving town in 1965-1966 following a second place finish. Reggie Otero managed them to their first three titles. They finished last in the 1956 Caribbean Series, going 1-5. They were last in the 1958 Caribbean Series as well, at 2-4, but had the tourney leaders in average (Bob Wilson) and homers (Lou Limmer) as well as the MVP, Earl Battey. The team won the Inter-American Series in 1961 and finished 4th in 1963.
