Team History[edit]
The Newark Buffalos became the Newark Bisons for 1995, and played much better, finishing second overall in the eight-team Frontier League. Manager John Pacella took the team to the playoffs, where they lost in the first round to the Zanesville Greys.
The Bisons moved to Kalamazoo, MI in 1996, where they became the Kalamazoo Kodiaks.
