Biographical Information

Myeong-sin Kim had a 1.42 ERA for South Korea in the 2015 Universiade; he tied for the team lead with three games pitched. He then was on the South Korean national team that won the 2015 Asian Championship, serving as one of their three starters (alongside KBO veteran Sang-soo Kim and Jae-young Kim). He blanked Pakistan (5 IP, 3 H, 1 K) and Indonesia (3 IP, 2 H, 4 K), relieved both times by Yong-joo Kim.
