Mitsutoshi Sugeta
Mitsutoshi Sugeta is the son of Takeshi Sugeta and brother of Huguiyoski Sugeta. In the 1959 Pan American Games, he was the starting shortstop for the Brazilian national team (his brother was a pitcher on the team). Hitting leadoff, he was 2 for 17 with a run and a RBI in the four games for which the Chicago Tribune carried box scores for Brazil (they played six games total). He also was on the Brazilian team that finished second in the 1963 South American Championship and was with them for the 1963 Pan American Games.
