Min-Shun Chiu was an outfielder and coach in the Chinese Professional Baseball League.
Chiu was a second-round pick of the Sinon Bulls in 2003 CPBL Draft. He hit .273/.365/.273 in 64 plate appearances and 39 games that year, then .233/.283/.302 in 46 plate appearances over 46 games in 2004. He was 0 for 2 with 8 runs in 29 games in 2005, presumably used mostly as a pinch-runner. He ended his playing career with a .250/.330/.280 batting line in 113 plate appearances and 114 games, fielding .969. He had 32 runs, 8 RBI and 6 steals in 12 tries.
Chiu was a fitness coach for Sinon from 2005-2007 then was a minor league coach for them for three years. From 2010-2012, he was head coach of Nan Ying Vocational High School. He coached for the Taiwanese national team in the 2015 World Port Tournament and 2016 Haarlem Baseball Week and when they won Silver in the 2015 Asian Championship and 2017 Asian Championship.
