Biographical Information[edit]
Outfielder Mike Magario was born in Brazil and moved to Japan at age 5. The Yakult Swallows took him in the taxi squad draft in 2009. He played in ni-gun from 2010-2012 before becoming a free agent without appearing in Nippon Pro Baseball. He joined the Brazilian national team for the 2013 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers and played two games but did not bat. In the 2013 World Baseball Classic itself, he was on the Brazilian roster but did not appear in a game.
