Miguel Iguel

Miguel Iguel was on the Northern Mariana Islands national team in the 2011 Pacific Games. Starting at third base in the opener against Palau, he was 1-for-4 against Kalson Dulei. He was 0 for 10 with a run for the rest of the round-robin and playoffs, with one putout and one error, playing mostly DH and some left field as well. He hit 8th and played left in the Gold Medal Game and went 1 for 4 with a run and a putout; he singled off Freddy Cepeda Jr. in the 3rd and scored the run to tie the game at 2 as the Northern Marianas rallied to win the Gold. One teammate was Jesus Iguel, possibly a relative.
