Biographical Information[edit]

Michael Johns has played, coached and managed in the minors.

Johns was taken by the Colorado Rockies in the 19th round of the 1997 amateur draft. He hit .232/.263/.318 with 29 errors in 62 games as a middle infielder for the Portland Rockies that year. In 1998, he batted .192/.222/.269 as a backup infielder with the Asheville Tourists. He ended his playing career with the 1999 Allentown Ambassadors at .226/.248/.352.
