Maximilian Weber

Biographical Information[edit]

Maximilian Weber was born in Ecuador and returned to his ancestor's homeland of Germany in 1993, not speaking a word of German. He played for the Mannheim Amigos in 1997, hitting .105/.292/.105 in 21 games, fielding .816. He had a couple big years in the German minors after that. His sons Danilo Weber and Yannis Weber both played in the Bundesliga as well, Danilo for the German national team. Max also coached youth baseball in Germany.
