Biographical Information

Kwon Ju has pitched in the Korea Baseball Organization.

Born in China to Korean parents, he moved to South Korea in 2005. He was picked by the expansion kt Wiz in the 2014 draft; it was one of their two special picks as an expansion team. He debuted in 2015, going 0-2 with a 8.51 ERA and 43 hits in 24 1/3 IP. He improved to 6-8, 5.10 in 2016 and got 147 vote points for Rookie of the Year, second to Jae-young Shin, who had 453.

Ju was then on the Chinese national team for the 2017 World Baseball Classic.
