Chou attended the 2011 CPBL All-Star Game, and he was 0-for-1 while drawing 2 walks. He was 5-for-17 with a triple in Game 5 of the 2011 Taiwan Series, and the Lions beat the Lamigo Monkeys in 5 games.[2]
The Taitung native slumped to .233/.317/.256 in 2012, and he was 3-for-14 in the 2012 Taiwan Series; the Lions were beaten by the Monkeys in 5 games. Chou broke Chung-Yi Huang's CPBL record as he didn't committed an error in 271 consecutive defensive chances at second bases, extending the record in 2013 to 353 defensive chances. He hit .259/.297/.319 in 2013, then he had a .242/.300/.305 batting line in 2014. The veteran had a solid .346/.401/.465 batting line in 2015. However, although he played well in 2015, the Lions decided to go with younger players like Chih-Hsiang Lin and Chih-Chieh Su, so he only played 6 games combined in the next two seasons. Chou then announced his retirement after the 2017 season, and he became a coach. He was the fielding coach for the minor team of the Lions from 2017 to 2019, and started coaching their big club in 2020.
Overall, Chou hit .271/.332/.332 with 249 hits in 8 seasons in CPBL.
