Biographical Information

Kevin Rodríguez has pitched in the minors and has been on the Panamanian national team.

Hewas signed by Washington Nationals scout Miguel Ruiz in July 2018. He was 2-3 with a 2.67 ERA for the 2019 DSL Nationals, striking out 35 in 30 1/3 IP. After the 2020 minor league season was wiped out by the COVID-19 pandemic, he came stateside with the 2021 FCL Nationals, going 1-2 with a save and a 5.40 ERA. He went 0-1 with four saves and a 1.31 ERA for the same team the next year. He tied for 5th in the Florida Complex League in saves, two shy of leader Ian Foggo.

With the 2023 Fredericksburg Nationals, he had a 4-1, 3.88 record with one save in 38 games, fanning 74 in 69 2/3 innings. Among Nats farmhands, he tied Elison Joseph for 4th in appearances. In '24, he returned to Fredericksburg and again was 4-1 with a save, with a 4.37 ERA in 29 games. He was on Panama's roster for the 2024 Premier 12, but did not get into a game.
