Biographical Information[edit]
Keoni Lizama was a DH and outfielder for the Northern Mariana Islands national team in the 2011 Pacific Games. In their opener, he hit 8th and played DH; he drew a walk from Kalson Dulei of Palau his first time up. He hit .217/.308/.217 with three runs and three RBI in seven games entering the Gold Medal Game and had five putouts without an error. [1] In the Gold Medal Game, he hit 7th and was at DH. Down 2-0 in the third, he started the comeback that led to the win; he singled off Guam's Freddy Cepeda Jr. and later came around on a Jesus Iguel hit. [2]
