Biographical Information[edit]
Kendry Berrier has pitched for the Ecuadorian national team.
He was born in Cuba; his father Maikel Berrier and the family then moved to Ecuador when Kendry was a child. [1] He was one of Ecuador's youngest players in the 2024 South American Championship. He made one appearance, versus Peru, relieving Javier Wong in the bottom of the 6th with a 6-0 deficit, one out and one on. He walked Joaquín Vélez then struck out veteran Susumu Yoza on three pitches. Andrés Hamamoto singled in a run and Vélez was thrown out trying to score. [2]
