Ken Griffey Jr. Presents Major League Baseball (also known as Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball) is a baseball video game developed by Software Creations and published by Nintendo that was released for the Super NES in 1994. The game features random fictional players in place of the real ones, but who are based on actual people.

- The Boston Red Sox are full of characters from the TV show Cheers
- The California Angels are full of famous actors
- The Chicago Cubs are full of fictional players that the game developer and his friends made in a football video game years earlier
- The Chicago White Sox are full of former basketball stars
- The Cincinnati Reds are full of famous authors
- The Cleveland Indians are full of famous actresses
- The Colorado Rockies are full of names from popular horror movies
- The Detroit Tigers are full of famous Motown singers
- The Florida Marlins are full of the game developer's friends from elementary school
- The Houston Astros are full of famous cartoonists
- The Kansas City Royals are full of U.S. presidents
- The Los Angeles Dodgers are full of famous punk rock singers from Los Angeles
- The Milwaukee Brewers are full of super heroes under their actual names (such as Peter Parker and Clark Kent)
