Jun-ho Jeon pitched in the KBO for 14 years.
Jeon was signed by the Pacific Dolphins in 1995, and he was 1-3 with a 3.15 ERA in his first season. He went 6-6 with a 3.33 ERA in 1996, and he missed the next three seasons due to military service. Jeon returned in 2000 with a 3.54 ERA in 29 games, and he had a 12-6 record with a 5.09 ERA in 2001. He was 9th in wins in that season, tied with Sang-duk Choi. Jeon slumped to a 6.75 ERA in 18 games in 2002, and his ERA was 4.06 with a 4-2 record in 2003. He pitched 49 games with a 4.41 ERA in 2004, then his ERA rose to 7.61 in 16 games in 2005.
The Incheon native broke out in 2006, and he was 14-4 with a 3.39 ERA. He led the league in winning percentage, and he was 4th in wins (tied with Mickey Callaway and Seth Greisinger). Jeon went 6-10 with a 4.75 ERA in 2007, and he led the league with 23 homers allowed. He slumped to 2-5 with a 6.39 ERA in 2008, and he was released after having a 6.30 ERA in 23 games in 2009. The SK Wyverns signed him, and Jeon pitched 8 games with a 3.60 ERA in 2010. He had a 3.60 ERA in 6 games in 2011, then he announced his retirement.
Overall, Jeon was 55-47 with a 4.50 ERA, struck out 633 and pitched 1,056 1/3 innings in 14 seasons in the KBO.
