Juan Andres Estrada Arriola

Juan Estrada was one of the busiest Guatemalan hurlers in the 2017 Central American Games, appearing in three of their six games but none for very long. In the opener, he relieved Juan Valdez with two outs in the 7th and a 10-3 lead over Honduras. He walked the only batter he faced, then Diego Meneses took over. In a 13-10 slugfest win over Costa Rica, he replaced Carlos Martinez in the 6th and allowed two hits and two runs while retiring one before being succeeded by Ernesto Corrales. In a 12-2 loss to Silver Medalist Panama, he came in for Corrales with one out in the 5th and allowed a hit and a run while getting no outs; Santiago Meneses was the next hurler. Guatemala won the Bronze.
