Biographical Information[edit]
Juan Cruz Martín followed another Juan Martín as a member of the Argentinian national team. He debuted for Argentina when they won the 2024 South American Championship. A backup infielder and DH, he debuted against rival Brazil, batting for Nicolás Alvarado. He flew out against Igor Kimura. For the tourney, he was 1-for-7 with a walk, two runs and a RBI, not handling a chance in the field. His lone hit was off Ecuador's Orlando León. [1]
